Cancellation of Appointments

If you are unable to attend your appointment, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in an additional £10.00 CHARGE on the next booking for your dog.

Grooming

The grooming process cannot begin until all scheduled dogs have arrived at our salon as our groomer primarily works on her own. Therefore, please be prompt when bringing your dogs to the salon.

Payment

We accept payment via card, cheque and cash.
